Cobblestone Construction needed to differentiate itself and find a niche it could own. After extensive meetings, it became apparent that we needed to rebrand the company to accurately represent its true deliverable: helping seniors remain at home, safely and comfortably. With that, Age in Place Ohio was born. We researched demographics in dozens of Northeast Ohio cities to target homeowners that matched specific criteria. We designed a new logo and a series of direct mail postcards and complementary advertising to generate leads. We refreshed their website while working within an existing template, and crafted new content as needed. In addition, a B2B strategy was launched that targeted businesses and area professionals that made sense as potential referral partners. Each received a personalized letter, corporate brochure, and follow-up phone calls.
